I was a complicated monitoring well in terms of its required
depth of 700 feet and the fact that it had to be completed in
the bedrock to isolate the bedrock aquifers for any aquifers
in the upper alluvium material. I believe that AK's ability to
drill this well using dual rotary equipment was the most significant
factor in the successful completion of the well. This allowed
for a high degree of likelihood that the upper part of the hole
could be maintained intact during the mist important part of
the job which was the actual completion."
